CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 538(2d FSH) An Act relating to                           
vessels participating in the Bering Sea Korean hair crab fishery;              
relating to a vessel permit limited entry system; and providing for an         
effective date was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
